Precision joint sealing
A reddish-brown paste that retains elasticity. Applications include turbines, compressors, generators, pumps, valves and gear units.
Application overview
Bring the tin to room temperature. Apply a 0.2–0.3 mm film to both dry sealing faces with a brush or spatula. Loading can begin immediately; subsequent alignment remains possible.
Surface condition matters
The documented surface damage limit is ≤ 0.2 mm. For deeper isolated cavities, review the FILLING system and its application instructions.
Packaging and storage
1 kg tins. Correct storage provides 5 years unopened and 3 years after opening when properly closed, according to the manufacturer.
